Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN OPENED SET?
No. Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure the security seals haven’t been tampered with. If we find the seals have been tampered with, you will not receive a refund or your opened item back. If you have any questions or concerns, please email our team info@perfectselfiebeautybar.com.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Please follow the steps in our return portal. Once you arrive at the Refund Method page, click Exchange. You will then be prompted to indicate what you would like in exchange. Please be as specific as possible and ensure to include the following:
1. The set you would like (length/weight/color).
2. Your shipping address.
Once your order is received back at our warehouse and inspected, we will go ahead and set up a new order for you based on the details provided. If you would like to change your exchange details, please contact us immediately at info@perfectselfiebeautybar.com and we’ll try our best to make those changes for you.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. Please allow 1-3 business days from receiving your order for the refund to be issued. As well, please note most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund.
WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
We are happy to accommodate a return or an exchange on unopened hair extensions within 60 days of purchase.
CAN I RETURN MY ACCESSORY?
All of our accessories are final sale. Thank you for your understanding.
HOW DO I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?
Please locate your order confirmation email in your inbox. It will indicate what your order number is.
